I have put my mother Lynette's Yonkers coop on the market in order to pay for her care.

It is a real find! A Tudor facade and entrance courtyard - 6 rooms - 3 with beautiful views of the Hudson and the Pallisades. The living room has a working fireplace. The building is located on North Broadway - 20 minutes from Grand Central by train. Yonkers is still under-valued so the price is very reasonable. The unit does need love and care. However, Yonkers is on the way up making the coop a good investment that could increase in value rapidly.
