Fall for Dance, that popular yearly series of mixed-bag companies performing at City Center, September 22-October 3, will have its tickets available on sale September 13 at the City Center boxoffice. The series includes (in honor of the Diaghilev centennial) a number of ballets from Ballets Russes as well as other works in tribute.

The Teatro Dell'opera Di Roma Ballet Company has had to drop out, but will be replaced by another company, to be announced. Tickets are, as usual, only $10 and go on sale at the box office. There are two programs, A and B and include "Le Spectre de la Rose" performed by the Australian
Ballet; Nijinska's (sister of Nijinsky) "Les Biches" performed by Ballet West; Boston Ballet's "Afternoon of a Faun"; and Diana Vishneva in Fokine's "Dying Swan."

Don't miss "Dance Talk" by Frederic Frankin and Georgina Parkinson, those intrepid performers, to take place in a studio at City Center before some performances, (to be announced).

Tickets can be purchased by calling CityTix® at 212-581-1212 or online at www.nycitycenter.org. Box office is at 55th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. Pick up a snake (printed list of performances).
