In collaboration with composer Jeffrey Nytch and The Playground Ensemble Musicians Louder Than Words Dancetheatre presents BREATH; a movement and musical exploration of the essential movement of air.

BREATH runs on Fridays and Saturdays June 6-14 at the Newman Center for the Performing Arts Byron Theatre (2344 East Iliff Avenue, Denver, CO 80208) Performance time is 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $20 General Admission; $18 Students & Seniors; $11 for students under thirteen, free for lap-sitters and may be purchased at the Newman Center Box Office (SW corner of University & E. Iliff), Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm, one hour prior to show time, online at www.tinyurl.com/ltwbreath or by calling 303.871.7720. Tickets are also available for purchase by contacting the company directly.

Persons needing accommodations for a disability should call the Box Office as early as possible.

Incorporating the choreography of Chris Harris, the composition of Jeffrey Nytch, performers from LTW, the Denver-based Playground Ensemble, the dynamic designs of Lacey Erb (lighting) and Annabel Reader (costumes), BREATH explores the essential nature of moving air—the physical, chemical, and spiritual aspects of respiration- in beautiful and compelling ways.

Mr. Nytch, has been recently featured on CPR's Colorado Matters talking about his Symphony No. 1: Formations performed by both the Boulder and Denver Philharmonic Orchestras. LTW has been picked as the Denver Post's Best Bets, featured in the Summer and Winter Dance Previews and Westword's predecessor to Show and Tell.

Louder Than Words Dancetheatre celebrates excellence in dance by creating art in motion, providing a home for movement performance, and facilitating a dialogue between artists and the communities in which they exist. More information at www.louderthanwordsdance.com.
