I ended up at Erik Novoa's Platinum Party at Club 412 for an entertaining night of West Coast Swing and Hustle. I was supposed to be at the opera in Pittsburgh, but JetBlue had some problems that you may have heard about. I am willing to give JetBlue the benefit of the doubt when they say they they are putting measures in place to prevent future problems. I may wait until the snow goes away, but when I fly them next, I will report on how it goes.

Anyway, there were plenty of people at the party with a range of experience. The music was good and Club 412 had its usual, stocked full bar. Erik creates a very welcoming atmosphere in a space with a great floor, so I highly recommend these parties.
