Pavan's unique Hip-Hop style fuses elements of Funk, Popping, Locking and Breakdance. The style tests your versatility, flexibility, strength and fluidity with an emphasis on the art of performance. During the 8 classes, students will not only build their technique and dance vocabulary, they will learn to present their movements in a way that will make them complete performers, not just dancers. Students will perform Pavan's latest choreography, some of which was recently featured on a special for the Sundance Channel.

In 2001, Pavan has choreographed commercially for the music and fashion industries, including work for Miss America & Miss USA pageant models. He has choreographed and performed with PMT Dance Company, a company which he founded, for various events including the Bollywood International Movie Awards. PMT Dance Company has also performed at the International Dance Festival and the Canadian National Exhibition. Recently, PMT Dance Company completed a successful run of their first feature length production, Struck…, which was featured on the Sundance Channel in 2009.

Pavan to teaches, and expands the Hip Hop dance curriculum, at New York University, Long Island University and PMT Dance Studio, which he founded in 2001.
