Jacqulyn Buglisi's 9/11 Table of Silence will return to Lincoln Center's Josie Robertson Plaza for the 5th year. Conceived and choreographed by Buglisi, in collaboration with visual artist Rossella Vasta, this prayer for peace, free to the public, will be performed by 100+ dancers, led by the Buglisi Dance Theatre, and joined by dancers from major companies and schools in the area. The event on Friday, 9/11, begins at 8:15 AM and concludes precisely at 8:46 AM, the moment that Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower. The 9/11 Table of Silence is presented in partnership with Dance/NYC and The September Concert.
