SOLD OUT Performance-Only Tickets Now Available Featuring a Surprise Rotunda Project Revival Performance
Wednesday, October 31, 2018
7pm Cocktails; 8pm Dinner; 9:30pm Rotunda Project Performance

"The best dance of 2017" -New York Times

In 2017 Works & Process launched a new initiative, commissioning site-specific performances for the rotunda of the Guggenheim. The inaugural projects featured Dorrance Dance and Daniil Simkin. This year's Works & Process Gala will showcase a one-night-only revival of a Rotunda Project performance that the New York Times hails as a "revelatory dance experience."

Funds raised by the gala and grants from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts support educational demonstrations and a rotunda performance for over five hundred public school students and performances throughout the year.

$125 performance only tickets on sale now. The performance will be viewed from the ramps and requires audience members to stand for the duration of the program.

For more information and to be placed on a wait-list for tickets or tables to cocktails and the gala dinner, visit worksandprocessgala.org

Works & Process at the Guggenheim
Described by The New York Times as "an exceptional opportunity to understand something of the creative process," for over 34 years and in over 500 productions, Works & Process enables New Yorkers to see, hear, and meet the most acclaimed artists in the world, in an intimate setting unlike any other. Works & Process, the performing arts series at the Guggenheim, has championed new works and offered audiences unprecedented access to generations of leading creators and performers. Most performances take place in the Guggenheim's intimate Frank Lloyd Wright-designed 285-seat Peter B. Lewis Theater. In 2017, Works & Process established a new residency and commissioning program, inviting artists to create new works, made in and for the iconic Guggenheim rotunda. worksandprocessgala.org
