Tonight was the opening of John Festa's new Wednesday West Coast Swing party at Taj. By about 10 pm there were thirty people there. As readers of ExploreDance.com know, Taj is a great venue for Salsa on Monday nights. Now you can dance West Coast Swing there too. Taj is one of the few venues in NYC that has both a full bar and a full dinner menu. Both are excellent. So come on out and raise a glass to John's new project. I recommend The Elderflower. Very refreshing. And don't forget that John also is teaching West Coast Swing at Dance Manhattan right before the party. You can learn some new moves, improve your technique and then go out and practice with friendly people.
